Orders
Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, the order is already being processed and cannot be canceled.
Q: I entered the wrong address. What should I do?
A: Contact us immediately at support@mexfy.com. If your order has already been processed or shipped, we are not responsible for incorrect address information.
Shipping
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Orders are typically delivered within 7–20 business days. Processing time may take 2–5 business days, making the total delivery time approximately 9–25 business days.
Q: Why is my order taking longer than expected?
A: Delays may occur due to high demand, shipping carrier issues, or customs processing. These factors are outside our control.
Q: Do you ship outside the United States?
A: No, we currently ship only within the United States.
